• Estimated 3 business days after dispatch.

Other States (South India):

• Estimated 7 business days after dispatch.

Northern & North-Eastern Regions:

• May take an additional 2–3 business days beyond the standard delivery time.

• Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
• If you do not receive tracking information within 5 days of placing your order, please contact us.
• Tracking issues must be reported within 7 days of dispatch.

For any delivery or product-related issues, a 360-degree unedited parcel opening video (without pause, cut, or edit) is mandatory for claims or support.

This helps us verify courier damages, missing items, or incorrect product delivery.

7. Address & Delivery Issues

• Please double-check your name, mobile number, pincode, and full address at checkout.
• We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.
• If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will apply.
