Return & Refund Policy

At SB COLLECTION, your satisfaction is our top priority. We carefully inspect every product before dispatch, but if something isn’t right, we are here to assist you.

1. When You Can Request a Return

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The product arrives damaged and affects usability.
  • You received a wrong item or wrong size compared to what you ordered.

Note: We do not accept returns for minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences.

2. How to Request a Return

To raise a return or refund request:

  • Contact us via WhatsApp, Call, Email, or Website Support within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • mandatory 360° unedited unboxing video must be submitted as proof.
  • Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
  • Complaints raised after 7–10 days from the dispatch date will not be considered.

3. Color Disclaimer

Actual product colors may vary slightly due to:

  • Screen display settings
  • Lighting conditions
  • Camera quality

Such variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.

4. If the Item You Want Is Unavailable

If the product you ordered is unavailable:

  • We will suggest an alternative product of equal or lesser value.
  • If accepted, the replacement will be shipped immediately.
  • If you decline, a refund will be processed within 2 business days.
  • If you choose a higher-priced item, the price difference must be paid.

All return and exchange cases are reviewed individually at the discretion of SB COLLECTION.

5. Exchange Timeline

Once the returned product is:

  1. Received
  2. Inspected
  3. Approved

Your exchange will be shipped within 2–4 business days.

Delivery Timelines for Exchanges:

  • Tamil Nadu: 3 business days after dispatch
  • Other States: 7 business days after dispatch
  • Northern Regions: Additional 2–3 business days may apply

6. How Refunds Work

Refund options:

  • Credit return (store credit / wallet balance)
  • Refund to original payment method

Refund processing:

  • Refunds are initiated within 2 business days after inspection of the returned item.
  • Banks may take 2–5 additional business days to reflect the amount in your account.

Once Return/replacement/exchange is approved, the product for Return/replacement/exchange will be delivered in 7-10 working days.
